By using this website and booking a motorcycle with MotoGo Macedonia, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to motorcycle availability and confirmation by MotoGo Macedonia.

Rental Requirements

To rent a motorcycle, the renter must:

• Hold a valid driving licence for the selected motorcycle category.
• Present a valid passport or national ID.
• Meet the minimum age and licence requirements.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, the full rental amount and security deposit must be paid before vehicle collection.

Vehicle Responsibility

The renter is responsible for the motorcycle, supplied equipment, traffic fines, and any damage, loss or theft incurred during the rental period, in accordance with the Rental Agreement.

Mileage

Mileage allowance depends on the selected motorcycle.

Please check the motorcycle details before booking.

Cross-Border Travel

Travel outside North Macedonia is permitted only with prior written approval from MotoGo Macedonia and is limited to the authorized countries specified in the Rental Agreement.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the confirmed booking agreement.

Liability

MotoGo Macedonia is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, border procedures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Rental Agreement

The complete Rental Agreement and General Terms & Conditions will be provided and signed before the motorcycle is handed over.
